Project Manager – Regional Land Use Strategy

Cradle Coast Authority (CCA) is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the delivery of the review and updated content for the Cradle Coast Regional Land Use Strategy (CCRLUS). Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, RLUS Steering Committee, and Regional Planning Group (RPG), the project manager will provide leadership and drive project milestones to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate Regional Planning Group (RPG) meetings and associated regional planning tasks.
  • Manage input from key stakeholders including the State Planning Office, Steering Committee, and external experts.
  • Prepare updated content for the Cradle Coast Regional Land Use Strategy (CCRLUS) under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced project manager who is highly organised and a strategic thinker who can coordinate complex projects and engage effectively with stakeholders.

This position is offered on a part-time (minimum 22 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week as required) contract basis until December 2025, with a base salary range starting at $105,000 and potentially exceeding $120,000 per annum, pro-rata, depending on the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
