What does the Cradle Coast Future Energy Hub do?

The Future Energy Hub is located in Burnie, the heart of Tasmania’s and the Cradle Coast’s next generation of our state’s renewable energy industry.
The Hub:
– has maps and the latest brochures from renewable energy projects
– shares the latest information that effects the industry in the Cradle Coast such as State and Federal policy and decisions, training initiatives and grants, updates on renewable energy projects in the region and opportunities to get involved, and technology, innovation and research
– hosts and participates in community engagement and events

Our Future Energy Hub Facilitator, Tanya Denison, speaks to community and industry groups, Councils, and at forums, about the region’s renewable energy opportunity and what it could mean for training, employment and local businesses, as well as farmers and landowners interested in diversifying into energy generation.
You can keep up with the latest from the Hub on our Facebook page, website or LinkedIn. You can also subscribe to the Cradle Coast Authority’s e-news which includes more in-depth articles about the Cradle Coast’s renewable energy industry:
