Collaborating for Success

Guided by our 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, the Cradle Coast Authority (CCA) actively works toward its Vision and Purpose. As a regional entity, CCA collaborates with councils to achieve shared goals outlined in our Annual Plan, ensuring regional success while maintaining strong local governance.

With a spirit of adaptability, teamwork, positivity, and efficiency, CCA’s team of public administration professionals takes their role seriously, fostering a growth mindset for continuous improvement.

Drawing on expertise in natural resource management, economic development, and corporate services, CCA is committed to ensuring that our part of the island stays a great place to live, work, visit, and invest. We stand as a pillar for regional progress, working alongside councils and the community for a vibrant and sustainable future.
